做了六年軟件測試，休息了一年，今次這份工作竟然有新突破...
由tester
到qa
到senior qa
到qa lead
再到testing consultant...
發現自己最熟悉不過的軟件測試也不算認識很多...
沒有了實在的測試工作...
反而要理解、分析、給意見、批評、監管...
這正正是我的弱項，我的‘不可能’是很低的...
確實有挑戰性...

回覆刪除to be honest, being a consultant is pretty tough... especially during 'understanding' -> 'analysing' but i agree this is a very challenging role. 希望你唔會好似我咁要幫手寫埋SCRIPT同RUN埋TEST啦
回覆刪除其實點解會係一步一步咁升上去呢? 而唔可以一下就係高位呢? 我諗係因為係唔同位置會對果度既process有唔同既角度,亦會對當中一d process有意見,會知道點可以做好d。而去到高位就可以用你一直既經驗去估呢個system tester係點test, qa點q, senior qa 點manage qa, qa lead點 manage 唔同 project, 無錯,係估,當然要知道點test一個 system,最好都係落手落腳去試,但係你咁值錢,就係因為你可以估到個 system 大至上係點試,或者係,從你既判斷,你覺得應該係點manage同試.

回覆刪除我第一個task係design一個framework去bound住個automation testing, 從feasibility assessment 開始到 technical guideline on script development，再要建立best practises，要不停從再高一個level去看testing, 講possibility,resource,worthness,track/control test management, 真係好有挑戰性. 我諗住第一份powerpoint initial draft 會係今個星期面世, 因為已經有一個客seek for our automation consultation.
